Oksana Oracheva

Oksana is the General Director of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation since 2014.

She was the Foundation’s Executive Director in 2012-2014.

Oksana has been working in the non-profit sector since 1999 and has been actively engaged in the creation and implementation of scholarship programs. In 2015-2017 Oksana Oracheva was the Chairman of the Donor Forum’s Board. 

Oksana has got vast experience in scientific and teaching activities and is the author of more than 50 publications on federalism, center-region relationship and good governance. She was an expert-consultant on the development of charity and volunteering of the Civic Chamber Committee.

Since 2021, she has been a member of the Council under the Government of the Russian Federation for Guardianship in the Social Sphere. Oksana is also a member of the Expert Council of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives; a member of the Coordination Council for the Development of Charitable Activities of the RF Ministry of Economic Development.
